The type of license each photo uses varies from photo to photo. Here’s a quote form their site:

We are a search engine for free photos. These come from many sources and are license-specific. You can view a photo’s license by clicking on the license icon, below and left of photos.

From what I gather, it’s pretty legit.

Just curious, do you know if these “stock photos” are even legal.. I think they’re great but they link to flickr accounts so is it legit or some easy linking system they have to flickr accounts?
